I worked with Google Product Managers to reorganize and rewrite the Google payments center Help Center for merchants and customers. While some of it has changed since then and some new information has been added, I authored most of the content you see there.
It’s just one of many such projects I led there, including the Android Pay Help Center overhaul I strategized and authored that helped product teams successfully grow the product in Asia and South America, leading to a rebrand as Google Pay.
